My 10 year old daughter has bought a Voda prepaid SIM and wants to use the Pay and Go plan (she only earns about $4 per week in pocket money so can't afford any of the other plans). When she tries to register the SIM (either via 777 or the website), the only options she is given are the $29 and $19 plans - no $9 plan or Pay and Go. Can anyone tell us how to get set up with the Pay and Go plan?

Did you ask for a Pay & Go SIM when buying the SIM pack?

No, we weren't given the choice, and there is nothing on the packet to suggest it only works with a few plans (bought from a shop, not online). However from that thread it looks like the SIM is ok - just need some personal Vodafone intervention. Thanks for the reply and - oops - don't know why that thread didn't show up on my search.

All sorted by Mysticnz. What a fantastic (re-) introduction to Vodafone Mobile service!
