In the past when I travelled (before we had toll-free numbers to call back to our NZ office), we were given calling cards that gave us a toll-free local number in most countries which would then allow us to make calls anywhere - and most importantly - the charges would be charged back to our corporate Telstra account.
I suggested to my wife that she get the cards for herself and her bosses for when they are travelling (and more importantly, so she can make business calls from home to overseas suppliers and have the calls charged back to her work).
When she contacted Customer Services yesterday they didn't seem to know anything about this type of service, nor did they make any suggestions of alternatives.
Anybody from Telstra (or a Telstra customer) got any suggestions?
Thanks for your help.
