Think you used to be able to do this years ago but not sure now !

Not happy with the bluetooth connection on a cheap smartwatch fitted with a Vodafone sim so I would like to forward emails to my that Vodafone number.  I know you used to be able to send messages to a  064(number)@sms.vodafone.net.nz  and that would pop up as an sms.  Is this still possible ?

Andy

Not really the most helpful of answers from an Ultimate Geek.  As it is for a teenage girl who has a $19 Pre pay plan including data and text as do her parents who wish to contact her that is not what I was asking.  A simple yes it can be done or no it can't would have been ok.

Thank you,  did see the Google Calendar method but thought I would ask first.  Thank you for your helpful reply.

His post was asking for follow up information and was quite appropriate for your question, at least as I can see it now. I think your reply is rude and less appropriate than his question. You also have to remember people here are trying to help, having a go at them is a good way to get yourself blacklisted.

The service was free for probably ~5 years or so of the product but then receiver of the SMS then paid the usual 20c per SMS until the service was dumped.

Does Vodafone's multiTXT fit the bill?
