Been with WXC for years with tolls and Broadband. Just set up for VFX and had a number ported from Telecom, we set this up to use specifically as a fax line. Line works well as phone, sent and received some fax's now says communication error, cant send or receive, last fax sent took over 9 mins for 1 page and at other end they only got part of the page, cannot send overseas fax's at all from beginning, WXC techs don't know what problem is, am using SPA2102 as advised by WXC, been over the set up with them and now they say it is the fax that is faulty, we have HP Officejet 7410, works perfect on Telecom line, checked that it is set for standard T.38 Codec as asked by WXC, does anyone have any ideas
