I have had the email to say the change over will happen today (5.4.17). What will happen next ? Do I get a email / phone call or Text to say go ahead and plug your shinny new modem in, you're good to go or what ?

TIA.

You might need to swap the router, or you might need to plug the new router to another port on the ONT. Depends on the LFC.

I just had a call from them, they will send me a Text when it all set up. Not bad CS so far.

Where in the country are you? This will answer who the LFC is?

From memory enable will set up Lan port two on the ont for your new provider. So should just be a case of plugging in the new supplied modem to Lan port two and away you go.

Unless they have changed the way they do things. Hope that helps

So, nothing had happened by 4.45pm, so I gave them a call. Seems Enable can't flick the switch until Thursday 13th. The CS rep at VF was very sorry that they dropped the ball and had not told me this earlier. I hope this is not a sign of things to come !!

Start regretting it. Vodafone from my experience over 15 years as a customer is they are good if you don't have to deal with customer support. Also I think 2d have a better network I do need to find the link with stats to support that.

2D starting having a few buffing issues that they couldn't seem to fix. VF was $35 a month cheaper and 2D was not prepared to match it, I have been with the since the very early days of Snap. That's the reason for the change.
