Have you enabled remote SSH or Remote Login on your router? If you have enabled remote SSH in your router then most likely someone is using dropbear (SSH) to hack your network. I had a Japanese and S.Korean IP trying to brute force into my network last week until I changed the SSH port and started attacking them back. Havent heard from them since :)

Do whatever you want to do man.

Reboot your modem and you will have a new IP assuming your not static.
