hey just a question, we recently changed to the $50.00 plan and it is going very slow it's about 78kpbs download and about 134kbps download is that a good speed?
Typical dialup speed is 54 kilobits/second, which would mean youre getting at maximum just under 3 times typical dialup speed, which is probably incorrect.
78 to 134 kB/s would be okay-ish, depends how far you from the exchange, the quality of the wiring in the house etc etc.
Im assuming you're on the FS/128k Fair Use Plan.
