I got my VFX invoice today with a credit adjustment... Did anyone else receive the same? There's no description on why is it...

Yes, I got the same.  The credit adjustment for most customers should be made up of 2 parts:

-  $11.25 for VoIP services incorrectly charged during April
-  A Direct Debit discount (if you pay using that option)

It worked out exactly to the cent in my case.

probably because of:

"Dear Customer

Your April account xxxxx has been incorrectly debited with a VFX charge of $10.00.
Unfortunately this was not picked up prior to the bills being generated however a credit has since been applied and will appear on your next invoice.
Any direct debits will be processed with the amended balance.
We apologise for any inconvenience this error may have caused."

Then it is wrong. I shouldn't get the discount because I am not a WorldxChange customer - only VFX. My mother-in-law is but didn't get the credit.
