I have an oldish mobile phone that still runs on a TelstraClear SIM card.

It doesn't get used a lot, but the other day I found that it was unable to connect to voicemail. 707, or 021700700 both return a "the number you have called is invalid" message.

Is this a TCL legacy issue, and should I move on to a VF SIM to solve it?

The TCL IMSI range was blocked from calling VF voice mail numbers.

You must still be a Postpay customer under the old TCL billing in Siebel

It's on account, together with our home phone.
