Is the VFX fax to email service still on track for release in the next couple of months? Will this be part of the advanced feature set or an add-on?

It will be an add on, will require it's own separate number (ie Fax Number)

Just thought of something:  If we sign up for the fax to email service, will this be counted as another line for the purposes of billing? i.e. If you have 2 lines already, will this make a third and therefore make all lines subject to business rates?

It's an inbound service only at this stage, don't think it will add to the line betwwen residential or commercial, but a very good qusetion and something we will have to take into account , same will apply to alternate numbers in the advancede feature set now. But generally since it's an inbound service it won't count.
