Hey guys,

I recently subscribed to Xnet Fusion on the torrent plan.  I'm a bit of a txt'r so I only use the phone when i -have- to for some reason, but the couple of times I've used it, I've had some trouble.  The first phone call I made was fine, but most subsequent calls seem to skip and go silent for both parties.  During this time, I have ensured that no pc's are humming away with downloads or anything so saturation of my link shouldnt be a problem.  I'm kinda bordering Ellerslie/Mt.Wellington on Ferndale Rd, using a dlink502t -> Linksys WRT400.  My stats are as follows:

SNR: Down 12     Up 12
Attentuation: Down 45    Up 30
Data: Down 4166 Up 894

I'm not really sure there is much I can do with household wiring etc as I'm just renting the place.

Is there anything obvious I could be missing to help out performance?

Could you log a fault please with the help desk, if you can give some details date and time of the call it would help.
