I'm sure this has been discussed before but couldn't find the earlier thread.

Just received what I suspect is one of the call back scam calls.

International Burundi number rang twice then hung up - haven't had any of these for a long time.

Assume this is the call back scam where the interconnect charges have been hacked by the scammer?
