Hi there.

At home we have just switched to xnet from ihug.
When we were with Ihug we were getting random disconnections but i rang them and they sent someone out from telecom to look at the substation just outside our house. Now we are getting the same problem with xnet. I have tried taking all the phones etc out of all the jacks in the house but no problem. We are using a WAG54GP2. Is there anything i can do or should i just ring xnet and get them to send someone around?
Thanks
Allan

There is a lot that XNet can monitor remotely, and they can also get Telecom Wholesale onto the job.  Call them.  If you are also a VFX customer, then you will receive priority (in addition to the standard great service).
