I upgraded to Fibre X on Monday and was told it would be up and running by Wednesday. Still stuck on slow speeds over Lan.
Today though my download went up by 20Mbps so I'm paying $120 a month for 50Mbps

@goodboy is it back to normal?
John
speed is still not back to normal and ping is still through the roof when it suppose to be about 40-60 to sydney.
@goodboy you need to provide examples saying through the roof is adding zero value @gaddman works for VodafoneNZ and is the best person to support this
John
looks to me like that would be routing one way via us..
it can happen in peering some days.

gaddman: Yeah, I see what you mean for some speedtests. Other stuff fine, eg live-syd.twitch.tv. Will hit up the team tomorrow. Any particular sites you're finding slow?
Basically any connection to overseas (USA, ASIA ) is affected. Local ping is fine.
You'd help yourself by providing specific examples for them, that way they can assess what routing is doing
