There was some planned work in the US last night, cutting over to a new border gateway. Should be all back to normal now.

I upgraded to Fibre X on Monday and was told it would be up and running by Wednesday. Still stuck on slow speeds over Lan.

Today though my download went up by 20Mbps so I'm paying $120 a month for 50Mbps

speed is still not  back to normal and ping is still through the roof when it suppose to be about 40-60 to sydney.

@goodboy you need to provide examples saying through the roof is adding zero value @gaddman works for VodafoneNZ and is the best person to support this

Yeah, I see what you mean for some speedtests. Other stuff fine, eg live-syd.twitch.tv. Will hit up the team tomorrow. Any particular sites you're finding slow?

Basically any connection to overseas (USA, ASIA ) is affected. Local ping is fine.

You'd help yourself by providing specific examples for them, that way they can assess what routing is doing
