long time 021 Voda user, now an expat living overseas

My prepay topup balance expired just expired (you only send 1 (!) notification) so I "lost" my 021 number late last month

Called up Vodafone customer service yesterday, after 30+ min wait, they said sure no problem, you simply need to go OnAccount for 1 month for $29

Called up again, once I received the Order # for that order, and it it seems they posted a new SIM pack to my old NZ address, and they can't give my old number

Called up again now, and aftet explaining this situation 3-4x to various people, they just say "No one at Vodafone can help you sir"

All I'm trying to do is to do 2FA SMS authn urgently with my NZ bank

Are there any Voda reps on here that can take pit on me and help out please.

Couldn't you get your 2FA changed with your bank to your current mobile number?

@Nathan Surepay sends out a number of SMS notifications for credit expiry and mobile number expiry

I can remember at least 4 go out 2 for credit expiry and 2 number expiry 30 days and 10 days
