The Vodafone TV app has just started buffering frequently (at least once a minute) on my iPad. Netflix, TVNZ on Demand and YouTube all work fine.

Have done all the usual things including rebooting everything in the network path including the cable modem, restarting the iPad.

Happens on multiple channels, most frustratingly on Sky Sport 2 when trying to watch the cricket.

My VFTV box works fine on the same network.

Anyone else seeing the same at the moment? Wanting to work out if it’s just me before spending hours on the phone with support.

If your VF TX box is working fine and the issue just started it's very likely to possibly be a WiFi related issue within your home. Have you performed any basic WiFi fault disgnostics so far?

Other than rebooting everything and observing that all the other streaming apps are fine, no. Will try a different access point to see if that makes a difference.

I've noticed exactly the same thing. I was trying to watch the cricket as well and had the same problem.

That’s good to know. I think the app is just crap at handling transmission errors.

Have just watched 5mins of netball without a drop though. Fingers crossed.
