so i get a TXT message on my (un)trusty palm 750v inviting me to do a survey for vodafonevoice - sure I think, why not? I hit the URL in the TXT and up pops the survey in the windows mobile 6 version of Internet Explorer . Fill in several pages of information then *bam* something goes wrong and i cant go forward or back. i send an email message to the support@ address to inform them and move to my desktop PC and the 'normal' version of internet explorer to fill in the survey. I get to the very end of the survey and *bam* "the system has encountered an error with your request. please try again later" of course the "back" button is disabled at this point.
i'm afraid my already low opinion of vodafone (based on the service i have received for our business account, not the actual network) has now plummeted even further
i've already wasted a half hour or so on two attempts, i'm not going to bother wasting any more trying on another browser
