Hi,
My router can’t connect to internet via a fibre box, so I’ve tried connecting with my Mac. There’s no DHCP, when I connect to the fibre box. Is that all there’s to it? Can I just call Vodafone and tell them it’s their fault?
Thanks

Do you mean you've plugged your Mac directly into port 1 on the ONT? You won't get online that way without some special configuration.
What lights are on on the ONT? What lights are on on your router when it's connected to the ONT?
No. Interface needs vlanid=10 set also.
Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

Have you tried a factory reset on the router? If you've done that and still have no joy, and haven't got another suitable router to test with, you'd better ring Vodafone.
