Hi,

I’m unable to pair my VFTV app on iPhone, it asks me to scan the QR code but I can’t open the ‘Connected devices’ menu item on VFTV, it skips straight over.

Any thoughts? Thanks,

Your in the wrong place connected devices is remote.

On VTV remote push menu go to right to 'Apps' then keep going down then to pick 'Phones and Tablets'

Add Device and should be straight forward from there.
