Hi there,

I neglected to top-up a pre-paid number in time which is now in quarantine according to a store rep.

Is anyone able to help me recover it? The store rep thought I could retrieve the number if I signed up for a new post-paid account but then found that the number wasn't available to be assigned.

Cheers

I had the same problem . Phone was only used for emergencies in the car forgot to top it up. Phoned spark and no problem  reactivated it. Had expired by about a month. No cost, no problem. A Spark prepaid as well
