It means you didn't win; don't think it is an error message. I received that message on my third go:)

No the message you get if you don't win is a message stating that.

Just heard from somebody before the system went down due to load. Haven't tried again yet to see if it's working.

I had a mate win a $100 Westfield voucher, he was very pleased. My idea for him to split it with me, unsurprisingly, fell on deaf ears.

Yes I won, but the prize was useless to me. It was 3 free music tracks, but you have to have a 3G phone to use it, and Data charges apply. Maybe they want  me to upgrade to a new phone.

I also won music downloads, which don't work on my iPhone even though it's 3G. I want my 5 texts back

After you entered your details, it should have gone to a page that told you what you won, and then txt you the details. You may need to try entering again. The I tried it all the graphics in the webpage were broken, but it worked.
