My upload is nice and strong, but downloading fluctuates between 0 and 10K per second. Is Xnet finally screwing around with traffic shaping?

Yup, my router and Transmission (my BitTorrent client) confirm this. Something is very wrong :-(

Mine is fine. Currently downloading 1 file at 156 kilobytes/sec on Xtorrent, which isn't bad. I could get more torents running simulataneously without upsetting that. I use both Transmission and Xtorrent and forward ports.

On Fusion PPM plan.
