Xnet's secure webmail is down anyone else notice ?

I have been waiting 10mins [7.50pm] no answer to my helpdesk call, no network alert either on their website

Maybe ssl cert has expired ?!

Not responding for me now either, though, an expired SSL cert wouldn't cause this - it would merely make your browser alert you to the fact it is expired.

Well after waiting 10 minutes [8.21am] they answered the phone and confirmed that yes the secure webmail is down [sigh]

Astonishingly the help desk refused to create a ticket and was reluctant to advise me by email when it would be resolved. He said he would email the ops team...and me

This is the second time WxC have refused to create a ticket with a confirmed issue

Even my wife is asking when we are changing...
