Neither will load and both are up. I'd quite like to read them since playing Diablo 2 is impossible at night on Xnet due to lag.

I find that between 6pm and midnight the Xnet slows down heaps to the point where local traffic is even hard to load ... but then it is school holidays and all the kids would be playing xbox at that time across the whole network.
