Hello everyone
I'm just having a bit of a problem, I'm trying to login to my Vodafone account.
I just got a Vodem yesterday and trying to get into my new number and I've registered and everything, but when I login with my number, it says that it is incorrect; I have rung up the Vodafone customer service centre and they said I have to login with my e-mail but it's still not letting me in.

I have also tried sending myself a new password and still not letting me in with both my number and e-mail address, has anyone else experienced this? And do you have any recommendations that I can try?

If you already have got a login for mobile voice just link them both together with the " add access " option

When logged in click on " Manage your account " top of the window

Add access then use your Data connection mobile number

I've managed to login now (I was copying and pasting the password and it wouldn't let me login that way), when I did login with typing my password it let me login under my new Password.

However now I can't get my $10.00 free credit and I just got the new number on Thursday, I filled the questionnaire in and didn't come up with $10.00 credit.
