With the later firmware releases this device is essentially identical to the SPA3102's (but does still have some echo issues on the PSTN line) so WxC should theoretically be able to provision it on their system.
You need to speak to someone higher up to do a special provisioning for you (assuming they will). I'm sure one of the WxC guys will read this and reply (or contact you).
This device is not supported as it is a older device, but your welcome to use the Asterisk profile and run it yourself, there will be no official support on it though.
