I'm in a bit of a pickle :/ I was a Paradise customer many years ago, and used my @paradise.net.nz e-mail for everything. Of course this is not good...because I've forgotten a password to an account on an online service, and now this Paradise account doesn't exist to send the password to! (I tried sending a message to it and it came back undelivered, so yep, it's been purged).

I was going to sign up to Paradise dial-up, create the address, get my information and then cancel it, but it seems I can't do this - I can only sign up with TelstraClear, which won't give me the Paradise address? Paradise support said they can't set up a redirect for it either.

Is anyone perhaps able to help me who has an existing Paradise account by creating this specific address as a mailbox or alias? You are welcome to delete it after, and I'd trust you to just recieve the password for me if you don't want me logging into it (because um, I doubt anyone wants my kid's Neopets account other than said kid who is inconsoleable :( )

I hope this is an acceptable post, because this is truely my last resort. The Neopets site has horrific support and refuse to help me, so this is the only possible way I think it can be retrieved.
