And you've got the phoen plugged into Line 1 of the router? or is it line 2? Check your status page of the router, it shoudl be something like: The standard one is this: 192.168.1.245 if that doesn't work try: 192.168.0/1.2 or 10.1.1.2 or 10.0.0.2
username admin, pass admin
It should show up the two lines + which one is open/connected and which one isn't. Also check that there isn't a password issue

Hi Again BIG THANKS to the powers that be,you know who you are. Problem seemed unsolvable from either end. WxC stepped up and swapped unit to new 310.
