Hi,

And you've got the phoen plugged into Line 1 of the router? or is it line 2?
Check your status page of the router, it shoudl be something like:
The standard one is this: 192.168.1.245 if that doesn't work try:
192.168.0/1.2 or 10.1.1.2 or 10.0.0.2

username admin, pass admin

It should show up the two lines + which one is open/connected and which one isn't.
Also check that there isn't a password issue

I have moved across the ditch.  Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.

Hi Again
BIG THANKS to the powers that be,you know who you are.
Problem seemed unsolvable from either end.
WxC stepped up and swapped unit to new 310.
It's great to be hooked up with phone again so will
have to run the bill up as extra thanks.
 One very happy customer/wannabe geek.
            Thank you all envolved.
