Just have in mind when purchasing parallel imported phones that you might not be able to access all Vodafone live! services.

As freitasm said be aware that they may have unknown network issues..

But here are a couple...

http://www.studentshop.co.nz/special/hotspecial.php (WAY overpriced on the Panasonic VS3!!! thats just ridiculous!)

www.parallelimported.co.nz/

I must say that Studentshop website looks well DODGE!!! Coming soon next to phones that haven't even entered production yet.. in fact there are a few there that the manafacturers may have scrapped!

You are talking about musthave.co.nz? Yes, it does look good... He's also a Geekzone user, and might be coming to the Geekzone Dinner Auckland 2005.

Taken from http://www.musthave.co.nz/PleaseExplain.asp?cid=28&navid=14&PleaseExplainCategoriesID=10

Will my Parallel Imported product have a warranty ?
A:

Yes.

It is true in most instances that the local distributor or NZ branch of the manufacturer will not provide a warranty on parallel imported goods (strange considering that the parallel imported goods and non parallel imported goods were more than likely made in the same overseas factory).

However, in the unlikley event that your parallel imported good is defective, Musthave.co.nz will provide a 6 month warranty to have the product professionaly repaired or replaced if it is unable to be repaired.

Hope that answers your question :)

I think for the extra $24 I'd get the NZ Value pack, with a FULL Sony NZ warranty ;)
