Hey people,

Just looking at getting a Samsung Z500 from trademe. (I presume it's the same as the Vodafone Z500V, just without the branding?)

All I would have to do is use my own simcard in it, and get the settings for it from Vodafone?

Cheers

Handset will work no issues but remember its a import so there will be little support from Vodafone

Yep, fair enough.

I don't suppose Vodafone has any more 3G handsets on the way at all?

Oh nice. Are you able / has there been a public release of what the models will be? Just so I don't go and get something new now, and end up wanting something else that came out 1 month later.

Its likely to include the Nokia N70 and Samsung Z120V (?) (like the current samsung but vga camera and unsure about expandable memory) other than that I dont think I can name many more

Just a guess a Sharp 902 IMHO though 903 because the 902 is readily available and has been superceded
