Is there any new cellfones coming out that anyone know's of thats not 3g or business phones..

Just your standard Pxt and video kinda thing

2X motorola SLVRs are coming,
some other stuff I can't remember off hand too.
SE Z520i (Quad band, VGA camera)

depending on your price range and preferences there are a lot of affordable low cost handsets around

The SLVR's probably won't be til January. Motorola V360v should be available early next week @$499

i wasnt sure on their arrival
I forgot about the V360v, expect a price of $399 i believe
I made a post about upcomign phones, mostly 3G though
