Phone: Motorola V3 Razr Black
Network: Vodafone NZ

Problem:

My new v3 black is brand new. Got it while I was in Auckland on the 30th. Got home today(Wellington), and charged it up.

Upon turning it on, and having a play - I realise I have no WAP/browser what-so-ever - at all. There are no menu options for it, and the little globe shortcut key does nothing at all.

I'm extremely worried......what do I do?

Did you buy it from a Vodafone dealer or a parallel importer?

Contact First Mobile here in Wellington then. IANAL, but if the phone is supposed to have these features then you should get a firmware update until it is fixed or at least a replacement one.

Torque: 'IANAL'?
"I Am Not A Lawyer". Internet lingo, as AFAIK, IIRC, AFAIC...

Ah, thankyou. - First time I've seen that one :)

I'll contact FM tomorrow......... but surely as it's missing 3 options all together, they should replace it?

Thats bloody weird!!!
FM should just do a straight swap, as long as there is less than an hour of phone calls, you have all the original packaging and it was purchased less than 14 days ago :)

Problem is all fixed now, thanks to someone else I know who has the same model phone - seems something called a 'seem' was incorrect or something, so he uploaded an original one :E.
