Im just wondering if anyone knows of a free way to get the pxt and videos off my phone and on to my computer. my computer doesnt have bluetooth or infared.. i dont think? does a normal computer have those things??
I got given this amazing phone as a gift to replace my telecom sony ericsson and im a bit peeved that i have to pay to upload my pxts to access them on my comp. Can anyone help?

Why not buy a bluetooth dongle? they're cheap these days. You can use them to transfer files to/from mobile phones. As long as you have USB ports, no problem. :)

well, first things first...the phone comes with a mini usb cale doesn't it? so you could connect the v800 and pc and if necessary use the pc suite available for download from sonyericsson.com

I got a pxt from voda saying that pxtworld is free for november. check it out pxtworld.com? and it acts like telecoms lightsurf

are they all the same as each other?
i dont want to bid on the one i think looks the best and realise that it just had nice packaging?? is there anything in particular that i should be looking at? will they all work with my ericsson??

I do this with my SEV800 over bluetooth (cheap one from DSE) and this works mint. Just remember Vodafone do not support bluetooth if you require help as the Network is not coming into the picture.
