Hi,

I'm on a DSL (PDQ) connection and I'm getting some interesting results out of the usage meter. I logged in, and instead of taking me directly to my usage, it instead appears to be asking me to select which service I want meters for (I can attach a screenshot if anyone wants to see it). I only have one service but it's listed six times.

Once I select any of those options, it takes me to the normal usage graph. Today is the first day of my billing cycle, and it's listing 823 MB of usage. I checked my email and read the news before work, and that's about it; I certainly haven't used 823 MB today!

Is anyone else have usage meter issues?

There is an issue with the usage meter displaying multiple instances of the same service.
It's being worked on, but no estimate on when it will be fixed.

Regarding how much data you've used, I suggest emailing the helpdesk or giving them a call to check over everything.

Definitely some problems... if I try to download a CSV of my usage then I get a file solely containing the word "here".

That time of the month again!
Earlier this afternoon all I got was the page attempting (and failing badly) to load.

Getting the same. My guess is because they have changed the Lightspeed 40 plan to Lightspeed 50. See my post http://www.geekzone.co.nz/foru...

As the email says that this is taking effect from today.

Another error today. This ALWAYS happens around the end of my billing period. They have to be kidding!

It's actually working for me at the moment. The stats look correct too, and I'm not getting the "multiple accounts" issue that I mentioned in my first post.

The Telstra usage meter counts the last hour of your billing period as the first hour of your next billing period. In other words if you are furiously trying to use up your expensive last couple of Gb before midnight, it is already too late! That may be why you are showing 800Mb usage already.

I pointed this out to them and exchanged emails at least a year ago and it appears they STILL have not fixed this issue!

Note: I am on cable so this problem may not apply to DSL usage meters
