I was on a 2 year contract for mobile 'broadband' (sick joke that was!) 


I told them in good time that I did not want to renew it when it finished -- otherwise it would have rolled over automatically.


I am still being billed for it.


I have tried to call them but I get as far as a prompt to enter my mobile number. I enter the number attached to the account and it is rejected every time and I can't go further. 


I am left to now just wait for their collections department to contact me ... not a situation I want to be on. On the other hand, I am not going to waste my time making more efforts to contact them, so the bills just keep coming ...
