From my lastest bill WxC's support is now open for longer (and now on the weekends as well):

8am - 10pm Monday - Friday
9am- 5pm Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't sure whether the addition of weekend hours had just happened.
