I have an "Easy 20" Account. As of this month's bill Vodafone are no longer listing the free $0.00 calls made as has been done in the past.
This is most annoying as I can no longer see which numbers I have called when I called them and for how long each call was - even though they were not charged being within the free minutes level.
This is apparently a policy change on Vodafone's part to "save paper". As the bill is sent electronically by email this is nonsense as I do not print them.
This option not to list all calls should be a customer choice not a policy decision that customers don't want changed.
If you go over your free minutes they will then list the chargeable calls only. I want to know who I called to use up all my free minutes.
