Why cant Vodafone leave things alone instead of removing options like "MyAccount" in top right as per this thread: http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=40&topicid=49544

Am I missing something? Or can no one else access unbilled call history anymore?  I must admit the new website layout is so difficult to navigate I cannot find anything I want, the old website was much better.

All I want to do is view recent unbilled calls on my account, I used to be able to do this via the "MyAccount: link as described in that thread but can no longer do so.

Also receiving a few Vodafone Survey txts, they can get quite annoying, any way to stop receiving these also?

If you click on the 'See a full list of your usage' button it will take you to the right place. It does open in a new window so make sure you dont have any popup blockers enabled.

It may also take a while to load as it's taking you in to the old MYA system

ok just managed to get in, by clicking the small icon of the person up the top right and next to my name, then on the page that loads I clicked "see a full list of your usage" very missleading the first part after the initial login, I was expecting a link somewhere in the centre of the page to access my account info as previously, not next to my name up the top right in the form of a small image/icon.

I doubt vodafone will fix this, same as when I discovered a flaw in the 0800 service back at the end of 2006, just by knowing someones prepay 021 number you could call 0800 800 021, enter in their 021 prepay number and gain full access as if you were calling 777 from their mobile, no pin required.  I complained to vodafone about it but wasnt fixed untill I posted a youtube video on how to do it for everyone to see.

It was not related to the Youtube video at all I promise you that. A fix / change to be deployed into a live network has to be tested on the test bed then deployed into the live network all these take time.

As written on the Vodafone NZ forum / Geekzone stage 3 of the My Vodafone project goes live approx late August and its not a fix its new. What is coming adds some very cool features & speed....watch this space

Thanks John

ok just found I can only get access to my 021 number and call history etc.. not my 0800 numbers as before.  I will need this checked out.

When I used to go into "My Access" previously before Vodafone changed things around I could click on my account number and see a list of all numbers under my account including my 0800 numbers.  I can no longer do this, it keeps asking me to add an account or mobile number to "my access" then asks for pin.  I tried typing in 64800XXXXXX as my 0800 number and my pin but still a no go.  Its essential that I am able to check call logs on my 0800 numbers as I am trialing some advertising and need to know where my 0800 calls are comming from.  I have a total of three 0800 numbers linked to my account.  Will pm some details.  Thanks

I mean from which advertising source.  I have one 0800 on my business cards and in yellowpages, then most recently another 0800 for radio commercials I am trialing.  Theres also a third 0800 im trying to phase out as I dont advertise it but existing customers still call it now and then.

I still cant access any of my 0800 numbers, only my 021 number.

Here is a screen shot.

http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/9427/0800j.jpg

You can see is says "Mobile User:" then my 021 number. Well before Vodafone made all their changes, there were three other Mobile users under there, each for my 0800 numbers. I could click on them and see my 0800 call history, the City/Location where the 0800 call came from and the time but not the callers number. This info is very vital to my business as I have advertising in the yellowpages and on the radio. I am using different numbers so I know which advertising medium is generating the most calls.

I used to be able to check my 0800 numbers and call history etc... without problems before Vodafone put up this new site, really need this checked out. No offence to anyone but from experience the customer service reps at 777 dont usually have much of an idea and are hard to understand, hence my posting on here, I know Vodafone staff read and post on these forums.

As you can see some people are just frustrated that the changes were sprung on them with no easy way to view an old style page too.

You'll find that those complaining also have other jobs which they need to get back to, these changes have obviously disrupted them from doing their job so please don't make helping these people out sound like a unnecessary chore, after all your customers help pay your salary.

Maybe you would like to ask the OP have they called Vodafone and requested a ticket to be logged as they can't add access to two free2call numbers since the site was changed?

Worst case I can wait for my monthly statement via email, as it has all the 0800 call details on it, but its bluddy annoying not being able to view it now like I used to.
