Hi, according to this page:

http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/7963

iPhone customers get "to send 1000 free MMS messages per month to New Zealand mobile phones and use a total of 3GB of free data per month until 1 September 2010."

But when I TXT "BAL" to 777 it gives me an allocation of free PXTs listed as: "Mthly vf-vf PXTs"?

That's confusing - it is "any network" PXTs isn't it? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Yep, had seen that and quoted it in my question. The Vodafone 777 TXT says vf-vf hence the question.

So what is the MMS/PXT character limit for each message? The iPhone character counter doesn't show when sending a PXT so will I get charged for 2 PXTs if I exceed a certain number of characters?

MMS/PXT is rated up to 300k some handsets only support 100k so its not character related like SMS
