[TelstraClear] No Mosaic channel for TCL?

I note that Sky are having a Mosaic channel that shows all the different channels in one place. However the TelstraClear customer help page about what channels the Commonwealth games are on doesn't mention it (channel 130).

Is this just an ommision or will the mosaic channel be unavailable to TCL customers?
