A few weeks ago I moved my broadband over to XNet running on a CISCO SRP527W.

Seems to be working OK.

A few minues ago I phoned Xnet sales and asked for VFX to be added to the account.

I was told that this was only possible if I changed to Fusion.

Is this correct?   It isn't the way I have read the info on the Xnet website.

Thanks,

Rodger

Have now had a phone call back from Xnet.  All sorted out and VFX will be connected as an addition to my Xnet broadband in a couple of days.

I take it you want to keep your telecom phone line? You can get VFX as a separate service @ $11.25 from memory. I think they thought you wanted to get rid of your land line??
