Does anyone know of a way of adding trusted email addresses to the spam filter xnet provides, or, alternatively, a way to turn it off? Greater than 90% of the emails it marks as spam are actual emails I have subscribed to and want to see, ie, emails from 1-day, torpedo 7, mitre 10 mega and a host of others are sometimes (frequently) moved to the spam folder, and, I have to log in and move them out before they are downloaded.

I'd prefer the option to add safe senders to a list, however, removing it would also be fine as I don't get that many emails that are spam.

Interestedly, emails from "stacy waite" (stacylynn7@msn.com) are always delivered, even though they clearly are spam, so, a blocked list would also be good.

You used to manage it yourself. The option was removed from the portal. I had 1 account filtered but not the other. This week I sent an e-mail to remove filtering because sometimes e-mails from my solicitor ends up tagged as spam. It was changed, but some genuine e-mails still ends up in the spam folder??!! I'll contact someone higher up as soon as I get a chance, or if they read this... There is currently 2 genuine e-mails I left in my "junk" folder which were delivered a a day or two after the spam filter was turned off!

Sorry, I meant to say you used to manage enabling/disabling it yourself. Not adding e-mail addresses yourself.

It used to be great, but lately having issues as you can see above.
