The fault page has a link to the report page - and there is a link in our front page as well, on top of the forum discussions.

While listening to the musack, I walked to a neighbour's house. Their TC cable TV and internet are both out.

If TC is going to force us to wait an hour on the phone to report a fault, perhaps they could give us a choice of music to listen to?

Interesting .. they said they would get an engineer out to look at it on the 28th January, this being the earliest date one would be available.

I gave them my neighbour's details and after being unable to connect to them either, they have decided to bump the priority a little.

Outage is now over ... only took about 6 hours for them to fix it .. though an hour of that was waiting to talk to someone local vs phillipines or wherever.

And not once did their service status change.

Thanks, I guess all my other TC neighbours were out Saturday shopping so they didn't complain!
