From sometime late last night, I haven't been able to send any texts nor access the web with my cell phone. Is this a Vodafone network problem or is my mobile 'kaput'? Anyone else with the same problem?

Have you tried turning your phone off, removing the battery, waiting ten minutes then trying again?

A very important bit of information is your location. Where are you?

This is why when you call 777 / 888 they advise to turn the phone off and back on for basic fault checking.

Although doing this doesn't really prove anything. If the network had a hiccup and the phone can't reconnect, this helps - but if it's a network side problem and it happens again...

That's exactly how the previous network problems were missed, remember John?
