Both myself (VFX over ADSL, Mt Albert) and a client (school, DVX over NEAL/Vector Fibre, North Shore) are having the same issue with calls at the moment - incoming calls are OK, all outgoing calls fail. Anyone else?

First noticed at 10:15am when contacted by school and found I had the same issue.
