I have a Tivo but have received approaches from a Telstra door to door salesman to switch to telstra.

One promotion is to take a T-box for free for 24 months. I would only be using it for Freeview as I don't want to subscribe to sky.

I guess I would just flick the Tivo onto Trade Me. One of the things that annoys me about Tivo is the lack of EPG for Prime and MTV.

My question is - Is the TBox are worthwhile replacement for my Tivo?
