Some TelstraClear customers received an Email between 6pm and 9pm tonight (Tuesday 27 Sept) advising they have gone over their Broadband Usage, when they have not. We apologise for the mistake. The email should actually have told customers that their data cap will increase from midnight. These details are at: http://www.telstraclear.co.nz/sub-sites/homeplan-usage/index.htm Customers can check their usage online at: http://www.telstraclear.co.nz/customer-zone/internet-usage-meters/ The usage meter will show the new increased data cap from midnight tonight. Again, we apologise for the mistake.
