Just wondering what kind of performance other people are getting from Steam?

I'm currently downloading Team Fortress 2 which, I'm assuming given its popularity, would be on the TCL Steam cache servers. However it appears that the connection is very intermittent as for about the 4th time the download rate has dropped to 0 (peak was 1.8Mb/s).

Checked the Content Server stats and the TCL server is nowhere near full bandwidth capacity.

Anyone else get this or is it just me?
