This is what appears for me when I view it: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v608/steviet/telstraclear.jpg
in the latest version of Firefox.

Is this also what others see, or am I needing to configure something in FF to make it load correctly?

Also having trouble accessing the log in page for MyProfile.

I see the same as you do for the network status page, there is a 'Connection Failure' line at the top of the page which indicates to me that some content has failed to load.

The customer portal also looks down or at least extremely slow.
