moved house last week,
TelstraClear same in and 30 mins later everything was done, They called 30mins before arriving and get there at the time I asked (13.30) Though Id mention this as everything else that gets said is usually a negative about them

I had a good experience with them as well, as reported before. I called TCL a couple of months before the move (and even though they denied serving this area against the evidence of a grey box in the house), they showed on the day and time agreed. All done on the day.
